In 2020, Phil's Chef Cycle campaign exceeded our goal of raising $250,000 for No Kid Hungry.

Are any of your cookie mixes vegan, gluten free, kosher, or halal?

At this time, we offer (1) vegan/gluten free cookie. We do not yet have kosher or halal cookies.

I have a nut allergy, are your cookies safe for me?

Though none of our cookies contain nuts, our cookies are made in a facility that handles nuts, and our products may contain trace amounts of tree nuts, and peanuts. 

How long do the cookie mixes last? 

Well, not long in our home! The fresher the better if you ask us! But if stored in a cool, dry place, our mixes have a shelf life of over one year.

We currently offer 7 varieties of cookie mixes. 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

 

All other orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once fulfilled, you will automatically receive a tracking number to the email address you ordered with. 

What if I submitted my address incorrectly, or forgot my unit number? 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please email us at hello@philscookies.com as soon as possible to do our best to update.

If your order has been fulfilled, keep an eye on the tracking, sometimes building managers/neighbors/your post officer will make sure your package finds its way to the right place! If it ends up being returned to us, we will resend it to you at your expense.

Can I track my order?

Once your item ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email. Simply click the status to follow the tracking. Please note: The status may take 24-48 hours to update.

Do you offer expedited shipping, or other shipping options?

Within the US, we offer two shipping options at check out. 

Economy: This option comes with tracking information, sent to you immediately when shipped. Our items ship from Southern California and typically take 5-8 business days to travel to you once your item has been fulfilled.

Express: This option comes with tracking information, sent to you immediately when shipped. Our items ship from Southern California and typically take 1-3 business days to travel to you once your item has been fulfilled.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we offer shipments to Canada. These shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, customer is responsible for taxes and tariffs in their home country. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipments to a number of countries via USPS International. Customer is responsible for taxes and tariffs in their home country on the imported good. 

Our standard shipment timelines do not apply to international shipments, and due to COVID-19 related delays, international shipments often take longer than anyone would hope.
